APPOINTMENT POLICIES
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Innovative Aesthetics respects the time of all our clients. To avoid delaying clients who are booked after your appointment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late. A non-refundable fee will be applied (see cancellation policy for details).
CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking an appointment, we will securely keep a credit card on file for every client.
Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the service cost will be charged.
No-shows: The full service amount (100%) will be charged to the card on file.
Late arrivals (over 10 minutes): 50% of the service cost will be charged and your appointment will be cancelled. However, for your first late arrival only, if you reschedule within 2 weeks, the amount paid can be applied to your rescheduled appointment. This courtesy does not apply to subsequent late arrivals.
We are a small business and we incur a loss for all cancellations made within 24 hours. We still pay our providers and have to keep our policy universal regardless of the cancellation reason, including sickness.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL POLICY
As a gentle reminder, we expect all of our clients who are receiving a laser hair removal service to shave the planned treatment area prior to the appointment. We expect no stubble present. This is for your health and safety.
Please note, there is a shaving charge of $25-$100 (area dependent) incurred in the case that shaving is necessary.
